No general refunds

Moonpost is a digital software product delivered instantly with a personal licence key. Because it is delivered right away, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once your key and files have been sent.

Our one guarantee: it works, or your money back

If you buy Moonpost and we cannot get it running for you, you get a full refund. We set it up with you step by step; if it genuinely will not work on your machine and we cannot fix it, contact us within seven days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Contact us from the email you purchased with, describe the problem and give us a real chance to fix it first. Valid refunds are processed within five business days: PayPal via PayPal, and crypto to a wallet address you provide.

What is not covered

The guarantee covers the Software not working. It does not cover changing your mind after it is working, results or growth, or platform actions. We may also decline refunds for abuse or licences terminated for violating our terms of service.
