The short version

Moonpost is self-hosted. Your Instagram password, session, Telegram token, cookies and queue live in files on your own computer. They are never transmitted to us and we have no way to access them.

What we collect

• Purchase information. Payments are processed by PayPal or our crypto payment processor. They handle payment details under their own privacy policies; we receive order details and the email you provide to deliver the Software, licence and support.
• Support conversations. If you contact us by email or Telegram, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
• This website. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party trackers.

What the Software collects

Nothing is sent to us. The Software talks directly from your computer to Telegram to receive commands, TikTok to download videos you request, and Instagram to publish. Your credentials and content pass only between your machine and those platforms.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone, except payment processors as needed to complete your purchase and as required by law.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold at any time.
