DMCA and copyright policy

Our position
Moonpost is a tool for posting content you own or are authorised to distribute: your own TikToks, licensed clips or content you have permission to repost. We do not host, store or distribute user content. The Software runs on the user's computer and posts directly to their accounts. We respect creators' rights and expect customers to do the same.
Copyright complaints
If you believe a Moonpost customer is infringing your copyright, the fastest remedy is a report to the platform hosting the content, because we do not host it and cannot remove it. You may also notify Moonpost with:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- the URL or URLs of the allegedly infringing posts;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may warn the customer. For repeat or flagrant infringement, we may terminate the customer's licence without refund, as provided in our terms of service.
Misuse of this policy
Knowingly false infringement claims can carry legal liability. Please file a notice only if you are the rights holder or their agent.
